		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s interesting how 3 of what appear to be the best of these deals were all given out by the Cardinals. It makes sense seeing as they have a really good reputation of spending their money wisely, even when it draws complaints from some fans for not going after some free agents as hard as they could.]]></description>
